This month is tough for South Minneapolis. I am here and open as we navigate through this dark time.

January 2026 is an interesting time for me. I am celebrating 15 years! being licensed as an Acupuncturist, 4 years at UP Yoga and 1 year being licensed as a Massage Therapist.

But the spirit of celebration is dampened by the siege that ICE has on our community. As a business owner, woman, human - in all ways - I am against what is happening in our city and our country.

I will, however, offer thoughtful care to our community members in a space that does the same.
